What are your prints made of?

Most pieces are printed in PETG or PLA, then hand-finished. The materials are listed on each product page.

How do custom orders work?

Use the custom request form to send photos, sketches or files and describe what you want. We reply with a price and a timeline, and nothing is printed until you accept the quote and pay through a secure link.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
